Booking terms and conditions: For each stay, we require a deposit of 20%. The booking is only final after receipt of the deposit. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your arrival date. If the reservation is made less than 4 weeks before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid upon reservation.

Cancellation policy: We always recommend taking out cancellation insurance. If you cancel at least 4 weeks before your arrival date, you will receive a refund of half of your deposit. If you cancel at least 2 weeks before your arrival date, you will receive a refund of half of the total amount. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of your arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
